Kindly note that the position of the court is: Ordinarily the applicant (the person applying) is responsible for preparing the court bundles. If the applicant is unrepresented then the bundles must still if at all possible, comply with requirements. If it is not possible for an unrepresented litigant to comply with the requirements then a brief explanation of the reasons for this should be provided to the court as far in advance of the hearing as possible. Where possible the litigant in person should suggest a practical way of overcoming the problem. If the other party is represented then that party should consider offering to prepare the bundle.
There are 5 sections in a bundle:
The bundle must be organised in sections - in all bundles, there are 5 key sections. These are:
Section A: Preliminary documents
Section B: Applications and orders
Section C: Statements and affidavits
Section D: Expert’s reports and other reports
Section E: Other documents (divided into other sections as may be appropriate)

All writing should follow:
Page size: A4 sheet - one side only
Font style: Times New Roman
Font Size: 12
Spacing: 1.5
Note each document has a prescribed page number limit. This means that the court has set a maximum number of pages per document.
All pages and documents must be on one side only.

case summary - written on no more than 6 sheets of a4: Template for Case Summary
statement of issues - written on no more than 2 sheets of a4: Statement of Issues
position statement- written on no more than 3 sheets of a4: Template for Position Statement
