There are 3 types of s.8 orders:

You can apply for one or all depending on the facts of your case.

The 3 orders are:

A Childs Arrangements Order: where a child lives and who they have contact with.

A Prohibited Steps Order: preventing the removal of the child or any action in relation to the welfare of the child.

A Specific Issue Order: where the court decides on a specific issue that the parents cannot agree on, e.g. which school to attend, which religion to follow.
